I train jiu jitsu roughly 8 hours a week.

I play guitar, sing, read and tend my vegetable garden.
I try to eat healthy food and only drink water and tea.
I’ve been with my partner Jeannie for over 7 years, we live together and have 3 cats and 2 rats.
